As challenging as the Covid-19 pandemic was, it allowed us to think about who we are as a company and what impact we can have on our community, our guests, our employees and the environment. That's why, in 2022, we started watching and measuring different aspects of how we work such as: customers' learning experience, our guides' engagement, who we work with, who we can support, etc. Below, you will find a snapshot of what will become our annual impact report. This is still work in progress but, in the future, it will allow us to measure our impact overtime and showcase what positive outcomes our company has had while on tours or in the office!
